Jimbo, I'm not Semi but I can answer it. It wouldn't make any difference. The total good processors would be the same. Rejected die are due to functional failures not speed. It's a "defect density" thingy...

Saleable..... Now let me think..... I think that means how many could I sell. Beats me.... I'm not in Semiconductor Sales, I don't know what intel's sales are for the individual Bin Splits. I don't have that data. Ask an Intel Sales Representative. I'm sure they can help you....

OK OK, Seriously, without going into long detail, it's about equal. It's a Defect thing, the yields on the same process would be about the same.
