I was at a dinner last night with a gentleman from Lazard . He had a few charts..... it appears that the fine but much beleagured citizens of Japan have 9 Trillion dollars in savings. That's a huge chunk in the global scheme of things. the issue is what are they gonna do with the loot. They KNOW that stocks can go down 70% and STAY that way for 13 years...... so they've already spun that theme round and round. what would old JXM do if he was not gonna do short term trading with all of the loot...... J
