SI was slow for me yesterday, but today is fine. It seems as though server hiccups may not being dealt with promptly. Incidentally, on another thread somebody posts a periodic update of the number of posts in various time periods. For most of the past year, these stats show SI at around 4 to 5 thousand posts per day. That means that our little thread here is responsible for 3 or 4 percent of the posts on SI, and on a busy day closer to ten percent.
