Sure feels like one of those times where markee is fighting for its life. Yesterday, I had posited that with the rising Vix et all I would think that the prior lows would hold on a bullish divergence in fear. Late last night I changed my mind on that one: this has to hold here or it's lights out I am afraid. A decline from here will look like S&P falling through the neckline from hell we have followed for so long:

Under the bearish count we are following, I make the Dow now heading into 'v of 3' off the recent high. We would then look for a sharp 4 before the 5th down.
