ZRAN (was $52, now $14.95). Look at Pacific Crest games.

Upgraded a few weeks ago at $20-ish, now say sell. Kind of looks like they had this all planned out. In fact I wouldn't be surprised that these small firms that put out SELL ratings (like MCHP today) aren't in cahoots with some bigger firms. In other words, the big firm hires the small firm to put out the SELL rating so the big firm doesn't look bad, but secretly shorts the stock in question. I've seen many examples of this in the last few months. A small firm says "SELL" MCHP or "SELL" SYMC and then the big firm waits a few hours (perhaps until they make a bundle on their "short"), then goes "long" and comes out and publicly supports the stock.

Some guy at Yahoo isn't too happy but likely he/she will never even complain to the SEC. People are so lazy and are just content to take it.
