By your obsolete line of reasoning Americans would never have:

Purchased Louisianna.

Settled the west.

Built the St. Lawrence Seaway or Panama Canal.

Entered WWII.

Landed on the moon.

Liberalism is, among other faults, a sterile philosophy that looks at the dark side and stifles the dreams of the culture is feeds on like a disease. "Saving Social Security", their latest bogus goal, is no substitute for the progress that hate so much...

>>If you don't think that Al Queera would like to get their hands on a truckload of nuclear materials, you are deluding yourself<<

Bottom line is, the nuclear materials are going to have to be dealt with. Is there going to be some risks in doing so? Yes, but they can be minimized.

Screening of every driver and worker, including random lie detector tests.
No announced shipments.
No lengthy pre-scheduling.
Non-uniformed, well armed security around every load.
Night travel to lessen the probability of traffic problems and/or accidents.
Multiple trucks for dummy loads.
