Chris, I don't believe it's a buying opportunity at the moment, because I just dumped 50,000 shares of it as fast as I could. Anyway... one possibility that would make it a buy is that the market is concerned about the amount of time it's taking for them to get some info out to the investors ... (idle hands are the devil's workshop) ... so, when you have a stock like Sultan that's exploring in the mountains in Southern B.C. - the environment is a huge issue in fall and spring seasons -- how can you get access to these properties when it's an environmental faux-pas to tear up the top soil - and more so when it's raining or when snow is melting? It is in the mountain so the snow could be still melting and the drilling equipment still idle – my speculation to the positive side. Regards, Frank P.
