I was not arguing the risks. The point was that while amd is indeed currently not supporting ddrII amd got about 12 months to develop a new controller and possibly more considering how quickly ddrII would be implemented. My point was simply that just because amd does not support it now dose not necessarily means that amd would not support it in 12 to 18 months.
