TOM WHITE: FRAUDSTER scott, Not only was White illegally enriched by his Enron options, he was literally guilty of crime while at Enron. As the head of EES, Enron Energy Services, he personally oversaw the phony, felonious "boiler room" operation that got set up on the Sixth Floor of Enron HQ where a bunch of secretaries and lower-ranking staff were instructed to fake a trading operation for the sake of deceiving some visiting Wall Street analysts.
