Backman: I assume you were looking at the 5-min. HGMCY chart. It had many of the characteristics of a bear flag, but it came within the context of a sideways movement for the prior 1 1/2 hours. Take a look at the NOK 5-min. chart from 10:40-10:55 yesterday. That action was preceded by a prior move down from 14.80 to 14.10.
