What do you mean...NEVER been cited for a single infraction.
Now that is a stupid comment, BECAUSE the SEC cited them and made them go back and correct their erroneously filed SEC documents.

And they damn sure tried to hide it and got caught. Talk about being disingenuous...how about lying on your part?

Never said they WERE Enron... all I said was they used the same illegal technique to fluff up their books and hide an operating loss from the public and from their investors.
