Abstract:
CyberCare has a deal pending with iBX Group Inc. of Deerfield Beach to sell the rehabilitation centers. When the potential agreement was announced in June, iBX had planned to pay $7 million for the centers and the pharmacy operation. But the potential acquirer no longer is talking about buying the pharmacy.

[Rodger Hochman] described the reference to an investigation as "cryptic" and said the firm's securities counsel was seeking clarification from the SEC. CyberCare included the inquiry in its registration statement as among possible risks of buying the stock -- a precaution against shareholder lawsuits should the SEC find wrongdoing.
