I Wouldn't Call It Capitulation

But at least it went out on the lows.

No capitulation - why not?

How many of us bears bought the dip? Holding shorts overnight?

I bought some SPX calls. Other than a few August crash puts and the two SPX calls I went out flat. Not willing to hold any futures contracts.

Capitualation is when everyone agrees that the one thing that is not going to happen is that the market is not going to go up tomorrow, this week, this month, or any time soon.

"And I think its going to be a long, long time."

(But it was kind of fun while it lasted. <gg>)
