Clinton made several attempts to kill Bin Laden. One involved Pakistani infiltrators into El Queero. It was aborted by Musharaff's coup and subsequent refusal to cooperate.

Another one was a cruise missile attack, which seemed to have been an intelligence failure. Do you know who was responsible for that failure, or the failure to kill Bin Laden through the recent 9 month long military campaign if Afghanistan?
