Don't be fooled. Banks could easily steal from Peter and pay Paul. They could and would reduce real estate commisssions to get business and make it up elsewhere on mortgages, closing packages etc. They would have a direct line to mortgage holders at their bank. They would simply hire salaried in house Real Estate brokers.
