NORTHERN DISTRICT TERRORISTS

JURISDICTION

2. Jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S.C. § 1332 because the parties are of diverse citizenship and the amount in controversy, including punitive and exemplary damages, exceeds $75,000.00, exclusive of interest and costs. On information and belief, punitive and exemplary damages are highly likely to be awarded to each Plaintiff in amounts exceeding $75,000.00 due to the egregiousness of the fraudulent acts, omissions, and scheme set forth in detail below.

does anybody know why S&P dropped all the foreign firms from the S&P 500 (and replaced them with laughably over-valued American firms). is this some kind of patriotic duty thing??

btw, it is just too funny that S&P decided to replace Alcan, Unilver and Royal Dutch Shell with eBay and Electronic Arts. in perfect keeping with the times in which we live, making soap, drilling oil, and mining & refining aluminum, gold and nickel are not representative of the US economy, but a flea market and video game company are.

sheesh, we are so f'ed. i'm even starting to believe in TL & EV.

Cheers
