Thats strange. After a couple million lines of C emanating from my tired fingers, I don't understand your assertion that only Java code is free of buffer exploits and memory leaks.

If you develop using Sun's beyond awesome Workshop development environment, it points out your memory leaks. Buffer exploits are thwarted by programmer discipline.

Look, I actually admire Java.

The part that makes this debate tiresome is there is nothing wrong with Brew. A Brew-based JRE should have no problems taking advantage of Java accel hardware built into MSM6 series processors and executing Java applets.

If you want to sound intelligent about the Brew debate, download the free development kit from their website.

Regrettably, I am too happy with C to bother with learning C++.

Take the time to review the Microsoft-Sun battle for dominance over Java and you will understand why I state thusly: Bad things happen to open standards.
