Thanks for the great link "Financial Pyramid at Microsoft" - I live very close to their main campus and my job puts in close contact with many who work there, and a few in the upper echelons - I don't think any of them would deny what's in that article - although most would be quick to add that it isn't overtly illegal -in fact, some have told me this is where Mr. Bill's true genius lies, in knowing how to work the system, rather than in developing software.
