Sorry. OJ was not guilty too. BUT the facts developed in the investigation of both Bush and OJ say otherwise. Its not surprising that Clinton's SEC failed to give Bush exoneration considering all the politics being played with what was obviously not an instance of insider trading....

You seem to have missed the point. I know what was said in the letter. In that instance, the SEC was acting less conscientiously than the average prosecutor, who would declare a subject cleared if he could not satisfactorily prove his case.
