This is a reaction to the DOX warning, the whole billing sector is getting wacked. Earnings are probably going to be pretty flat for quarters to come. PRSF isn't anywhere near going belly up. The burn rate is about 10M a Q and they've got @ 113M cash to burn through.............Like I said before though, PRSF won't turn around until the telcom sector does, in the mean time they're trying to reduce the burn rate and increase their visibility by spreading revenues over several quarters.............
