Guaranteed way to make money in real estate. Buy in the liberal areas of the country when they are pushing through Growth Management or Smart Growth controls. Portland and Seattle were the first two major areas.

In a matter of ten years lower and middle class americans will be priced right out of the market.

Sure liberals want to help the poor. They want to help them so they an exploit them as slumlords like their hero Al Gore did.
