Well, the general market decline you have now also and I think this is more disturbing. After all with Merck there is no criminal offense. For me most disturbing is to hear a president broadcasting his condemnation of cheating, while apparently his own record is at least questionable (he cannot understand it himself!) and his VP is now openly accused of cheating. As you said, whom can you trust anymore. And when you start making calculations such as P/E or P/S they count nothing if the numbers you put in are questionalbel as we now know. Fred
