if you're going to waste everyone's time with this pompous fool act of yours, at least get your facts straight: Betacam (a professional format) is indeed the big brother of Betamax (a consumer format). lets see.... you also wrote this..... Now how about you stop acting like an ass and lashing out at everyone do you always talk out of both sides of your mouth? i never said betacam wasn't.... they are the same like the mac and the imac are the same.... why did you feel it needed a reply, did you really want to engage in a "pointless argument"?
