What's the point of cutting capital gains taxes when (a) no-one has any capital gains (b) the fiscus is broke and survives on borrowing and printing money The way things are going he may as well cut taxes altogether. >I'm for some reason suspecting a 19 dollar run in gold here I can't say yay or nay to that but anything is possible.
