I have noticed the 'crats are developing a new shibboleth - stakeholder.

eg. Corporations should not be managed solely for profit. They must be managed for the benefit of all the stakeholders.

really? how do you know this? What does "loaded" really mean? at peak times do we stall? Everytime I talk to someone about capacity for moving anything, voice, data, video whatever, its like "rates are getting cheaper all the time". These conversations though are informal cocktail talk. So im not questioning the truth of your statement as much as how you came to this conclusion.
