That's exactly correct... clearing someone in an investigation is very different than exonerating someone... so if the allegations of an investigation are confirmed, then the person can be exonerated, but when the subject of an investigation is cleared, then in no way can this be construed as indicating that the person has been exonerated since there is nothing to exonerate... did you follow that? You really need to educate yourself on the fine points of logic before you continue making a mockery of yourself... is English your first language?

Now, as to your remarkable ability to read minds and foretell the future, can you present any credible evidence here to prove that you psychic visions are genuine and factual? Or are you just blowing smoke again?

I'm impressed with your great psychic abilities, there aren't many who can make such claims and still walk the streets, most people who postulate visions like yours are wearing straight jackets, but realize until you produce credible evidence to support your psychotic claim, you're just another fart in the wind...

Thanks in advance for your evidence, the world is waiting for you to present your proof... but, frankly, the only proof you have is inside your bottle of gin.....

Tigerpaw, I think the SEC makes sense here.

But whom are they going to pass the ball to?

After AG Spitzer fined ML $100 million and said
that case might be just the tip of an iceberg
"SEC's Pitt Calls Spitzer's Stock-Analyst Plan `Very Drastic'". - Bloomberg.
Oh yeah.

Then he turns around and demands that Corp. U.S.A.
swear to the accounts. Is this equal treatment of
market participants? It just gets worse.

More Bull. It was Clinton's SEC who terminated the investigation.
