Nope, note even close. There will be endless finger pointing and discussions about things that are completely besides the point if my understanding of the country is accurate, but the fundamental problems that I mentioned - completely failed school systems or lack of basic security for the inhabitants of the housing projects, won't be addressed head on I fear.

A lot of the business about mosques and imams amounts to people opportunistically looking for personal power in the situations at hand. And when you have so many kids (and adults) that have failed to get anything out of the school system and are either unemployed or in dead end precarious jobs, some pretty infantile stuff gets passed off for advice.

And you have a real problem when women are not permitted to enter mosques. Can you imagine the Catholic Church banning women from entering a church and worshiping ?
