If they thought ONE person would be killed by the terrorists, they could, should, and would have acted. Where do you get these crazy ideas that Bush or anybody else would permit such a heinous crime just to get back at Osama or Saddam. It's truly preposterous and I think you do yourself and this country a grave disservice by trafficking in such notions. I hope you'll keep vigilant, but I can't believe that you have found anything of substance yet.
