BMY Bristol-Myers faces SEC investigation-- FT (23.15) The Financial Times reports that the SEC is investigating whether BMY inflated its revs by $1 bln last year; co officials have met with the SEC to discuss the circumstances behind sales to drug wholesalers that boosted inventories to unsustainable levels, and regulators are asking whether the co gave inappropriate incentives to wholesalers to help meet 2001 earnings expectations.
