I think the average American would call that a Terror attack but not by a TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. Seems isolated to me. Only thing I hope they look into is to see if the mans Mosque is encouraging this sort of thing, if so a big Civil Suit by the victims families would COOL THEIR HEELS. JDN
