Scumbria, of course not. It was very unexpected but still not that SURPRISING. Because there had been rumors going around in the summer. The stock market had been real sick all summer and on Sept. 10 was getting ready to retest the lows from spring. Later we have learned that the terrorists were almost "desperately" trying to get it into the heads that have to do with security (I think, apart from the military, it cost before 9.11 30 billion to run that mess, CIA and national security this and that) that they were planning to ram planes into skyscrapers. How did those 19 practically unarmed men waltz into airplanes and pull this off? After all the warnings. Don't forget that they were supposed to be under some sort of surveillance. Who the heck can make sense of this mess??? Take care, BF
