Yep. That's what that chart seems to say anyway. In fact, from that chart I'd say that 300 isn't impossible.

But I'm talking LONG term in a BIG OL' BEAR of a BEAR MARKET. Heck, it took something like seven years to build up to that level, so it seems reasonable that it could take at least three or four to come back down, no?
