Scumbria, It was impossible to pull off 9.11

without support from intelligence agencies.
It's just as simple as that. The same goes for
chemical, nuclear and other such weapons. So,
I think their deployment in the near future is
unlikely unless some major garbage decides that
their political assets are getting shaky.
