With the right leadership the markets would have stabilized at levels higher than they are and the economy would be back to growth. It is not clear that we have either at this time. so dummy as dummy is the markets are still diving and the economy may be getting ready for a down leg, that remains to be seen.

But it is certain that the failure of this admin to focus on the economy has not helped things.
