Enron selling phantom energy at inflated prices, dereg and no price caps caused the problems in CA. Ron Insana was on Today Show saying the rally on Fri was because there was no terrorist activity on the Fourth. That was no rally, Insana is stupid or a liar or both. Tim Russert says the Republicans are in big trouble because they are dragging their feet hoping they won't have to reform anything and the economy will improve. People are not going back into the market.
