I've got gold, FAX and tips bonds. This thread is pretty much dead for the meantime. How about TTN for you. I got stopped out a while back. Happy now about it but might buy again.

Who needs terrorists this summer when we have Mother Nature with her heat, floods and fires. Florida is getting much needed rain and heat is normal here but something is definitely going on in the gulf. The water was exceptionally warm all winter. The silver king Tarpon fish won the 150k tournament here in Boca Grande (Bush family comes here to fish). No one caught the fabulous fighting fish during the tournament. In fact their number (the fish and the boats in the tournament) is mightily reduced. They are not an eating fish and the tournament is catch & release but after hundreds of years, they are disappearing from our waters. These magnificent fish have congregated in the Boca pass for years, roiling the water, looking so thick you can see them from the air looking like flashing mirrors as you are landing at Fort Myers airport. My favorite eating fish, the black grouper commercial catch is being restricted by 45%. How about a $18 dollar grouper sandwich? Need my TIPS bonds for that. Keep cool Angler. Noticed now hot it was in Reno. I've often thought how lovely it would be to spend a few weeks in say, Truckee, CA in the summer. Is it as hot there? No need to comment on Select Funds, they all are highly suspect. The Plunge Protection team is in action, coming in to prop up the market before the close, prolonging the water torture. S
