The Palestinian use of civilians to lure soldiers into traps is a blatant war crime, and puts their civilian population at great risk.

I EXPECT the Palestinians to end their quest to kill off the Jews, and seek instead to build a Democracy and a civilised society. When they do that, the hostilities will cease. There is nothing the Israeli's would like more than a sane, stable, self-sustaining Palestinian culture.

You don't expect the Palestinians to remain docile do you?

I think that is the idea.

A woman who immigrated from New York to an illegal settlement on the West Bank:

"The hatred the Gentiles feel towards the Jews is eternal. There never was peace between us and them except when they totally beat us or when we shall totally beat them. Maybe if they will give someone like Sharon the chance to kill off as many of them as possible, destroy their countries, until the Arabs will understand that we did them a favor in letting them remain alive . . . We are powerful now and power should talk. The Gentiles only understand the language of power."

Her husband considers himself "far more extreme", but. knowing Arabs, he sees possibilities of living with them. "We know that the Arab is an obedient good creature as long as he is not incited and no one puts ideas into his head . . . he just has to be told exactly what his right place is . . . They must understand who the master is. That's all."
