ABGX makes it unless you throw out good will and intangibles, which lowers the magic number to 6.07 p/s.
They also have long term debt of $200MM

>> On VPHM, I think they do have a meningitis indication in there if they can ever dig it out. <<

I just don't agree. The 8% (or so) of isolates that plec doesn't see, even at low affinity, makes any trial a nightmare. And I agree with Hank..... the other 92% are all over the ball park. I curse the day that plec was ever conceived (at a big pharma, or, throw in Miles/Bayer, and make it two big pharmas).

>> And of course in this day and age there are other possible indications to think about such as weaponized picos...... I'd sure like to have a safety stock in my medicine cabinet <<

I've been thinking the same thing. Sell every last mg to the government for $10M and walk from the sucker.

vphm's lead indication way back when (1995-1998) was viral meningitis. In short, they already tried the meningitis route and it panned. Then the old common cold moved to the front.

while post-polio syndrome is one of the compassionate use applications, I don't have any direct knowledge that plec has activity.

but doesn't it give you warm and fuzzies to know that we're constructing bugs?
