Chief Why are NT and JDU up when everything else down..are they still the leaders or is Krispy cream buying them out? Keen daytraders like me want to know..BTW anyone i know who has built their house has regretted doing it it is better to buy a house from someone who intended to stay there and went overboard and spend a bundle. Usually fire sales happen that way..sooo i would keep an eye on the 16 million dollar house next to you for a fire sale and stop the construction on yours..just my $100 worth..
