it means we are in acute oversold conditions, it indicates we ae in a high fear level, a capitulation is i progreess in do believe. Would like to see the classic 5day day hammer down. When all indicators blow their tops because of margin calls. Those Margin calls a key now.When the best stocks start droping fast you can bet they are being sold to cover margin calls. Max
