So neither Bush's nor Clinton's SEC's exonerated Bush.

And it was not because there was "no" evidence, as you claim, but because there was insufficient evidence. No "smoking gun." Sound familiar?

If there were "no" evidence, as you would have it...

...the White House would have the documents released instead of issuing "talking points" and refusing to let the public see what happened and draw their own conclusions instead of letting Bush's PR people and lawyers decide what they should know.

Right now you are talking about the "available evidence."

"Available" means nothing.

Again: the White House has said they won't ask the SEC to release all the documents.
