Now, if i take the time to go there will I truly discover that they have all been released, because the National Review says they haven't and should be (well, at least they say that "more" should be, lol) and the White House says that "many" have been released, and that the ones "in [their] possession" have been release, and has said that they won't ask for the SEC to release the rest.

Do you promise they are all there at that link? Or is it a selection? Is it just "what is available" to us citizens?

BTW, I don't know when Arthur Leavitt was appointed, do you happen to know that?

"You need to look back on the director's minutes," Bush said.

Bartlett said the administration does not have the minutes and does not plan to ask Harken for them...

Are the "director's minutes" at that link?
