Probably is.

But the democrats will be able to make it look like something if they can just get a few people under oath, don't you think? Golf buddies from the company? People who were pals with Dubya and in on the facts about the company's finances? Perjury is a very serious crime. The democrats might be willing to spend 40 million dollars pursuing various leads if they get a few people under oath, including Bush. You never know. But probably it wouldn't lead to an indictment.
