FWIW, according to the Value Line, in 1997 Sun had approximately 2.9639 billion (split adjusted) common shares outstanding, compared to approximately 3.2480 billion in 2001.

That's nowhere near a 50% increase.

Well, unless they reprice the options (something they would have to be damn fools to do in my judgement considering the current political climate) I dont think you gotta worry much about options, I suspect the majority are well underwater. JDN
