As pointed out earlier today on this thread, the sale of stock was a full TWO MONTHS before the loss was reported, and in fact, was prior to the end of the quarter in which the loss was reported.

Using your criteria, it would be impossible for a board member to sell stock in a corporation without violating the law.

This is utter BS. I'm only angry at the Republicans for not firing back with the $18 Million McCauliffe obviously stole from shareholders.
