Nice buys - I don't have those two. Tech and especially the semis were the leaders today - managed to pull the DOW out of the shitter.

Here's an interesting list. I'm going to drop some lines in these over the next few weeks not to trade but to follow for a few years.

Biotechs below cash with insider buys
BCRX
GTCB
CVAS
PCYC
CRGN
IMGN
GENE
KDUS

Looks like SONS and JNPR are reporting good #'s. Let's see about the guidance.

Brother Bum,

I'm expecting AMD to gap up at the open, hopefully from overnight orders. A brokerage firm has placed a downgrade on AMD this AM. With this in mind, I placed a sell order at the open, hoping to catch the high off of after hours trading and possibly buying it back at a lower price.

I'm not taking any chances in this environment with any damn downgrades. If I'm wrong, I still made a profit, but I don't want to turn a profitable trade into something I have to average down on, in order to make a profit.

dabum

PS - I suppose it could gap down from pre-market, but I have no way of knowing. We shall see.
