wonder when SEC and DOJ will look at inflated yield numbers and inflated megahertz numbers from a well-known chip company?

The question is, do Jerry's statements constitute criminal fraud? I'm certain a shareholders suit would be a slamdunk but was a crime committed?

I know of one well-known chip company who inflated
their _earning_ numbers by $4B last year, by not
counting expenses to maintain a part of their labor
compensation program. Care to guess what will happen
if these expenses need to be re-instated?
