I understand that YOU may not understand what that means.

To prop up Harkins share price by creating a bogus deal to buy a failing subsidiary with money borrowed from Harkin thereby giving yourself enough time to unload your shares at a higher price than if this fraud had not been perpetrated, that IMO is morally wrong.
