I can't cite Egyptian law. I do know from reading press accounts that some countries bar Jews from living in the country at all - Saudi Arabia and all but one of the countries in the Arab peninsula and Jordan and the PA. I also know that Egypt nationalized the property left behind by the Jews who fled that country in the '50's. A small remnant of aged remained and probably still own a little property.
