Hal is 100% cash My indicators have led me in the opposite direction. I've gone from about 55% in stocks to 90% now, with the latest 10% increase effective at the close on Wed. Key indicators are: 3 Part indicator based on 3 sentiment surveys is at 23% bullish. Stock Fund outflows are at the heaviest since mid-Sept '01. I'm not getting support for a sustained intermediate term uptrend from my leading indicators, and, unless I do in the weeks ahead, I'll be quickly paring back during the expected short-term rally.
